Each and every order will be treated as if it were our only order, with the utmost of care going into the assembly and packing of your order.
All products ordered from Gift Creations of Santa Fe
are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied
with the quality of a delivered product, please contact us immediately.
If there are any problems with your order when it is received, please contact us at customerservice within 48 hours of receipt.
Each situation will be evaluated (with our customer's input) to determine if we need to replace the product or issue a refund.
Please be aware that we cannot refund shipping costs and such costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Ordering & Shipping for multiple addresses:
Our system can only accommodate one shipping address per order. To order items for multiple addresses, you will need to enter a new order for each address. Finish check out for the first order, then return to the store to initiate your next order. Repeat process for each additional address.

Custom Orders:
We do accept custom orders and special requests. We will make every effort to meet your request. Please contact us via email or phone to discuss any special requests. Please include your telephone number!
We do not accept returns on custom orders or special requests since they are manufactured just for you. If you should have any concerns regarding your order after it is received, please email customer service.
Large or Corporate Orders:
Corporate and large volume orders are welcome! Please contact us by phone or email to discuss your needs. Please allow extra time for us to fill your order, since our gift baskets are handmade by a small crew. We can give you a ship date when you order.
Payment:
All orders must be pre-paid.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover as well as debit cards if they have the VISA or MasterCard Logo on them. At this time, Credit cards are accepted only through our web site check out system. Personal checks are accepted only if you are purchasing in person at our Santa Fe, NM store.
Sales tax:
Sales tax applies only to merchandise shipped to a New Mexico location, delivered or picked up within New Mexico.
Return Policy:
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or
if it arrives damaged, please follow our return procedures within 48 hours of receipt.
1. Phone us or email customerservice Please include your phone number so that we can call you to reach a solution to ensure your satisfaction.
2. You will receive a "Return Authorization" via email or phone.
3. Return the merchandise in its original condition within 7 days of receipt, please include a copy of your return authorization.
If item is to be exchanged, we will promptly ship the replacement item out to you.
If item is to be refunded, the purchase price, minus the original shipping cost, will be promptly credited back to your credit card account. (Refunds will be issued only upon receipt of returned product and only after it is deemed that the product has not been used.)
We are unable to refund the original shipping costs or the return shipping cost, except for rare instances where the return results from our error.
Address Corrections & Fees:
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete recipient shipping address, including:
1. Recipient Name(s)
2.Company Name (if applicable)
3. Full Street Address (w/apt. or suite number, if applicable)
4.City, State and Zip Code
We ship ONLY to the Continental 48 states!
If you are unsure of any part of a delivery address, please verify
the address with your recipient before you place your order!
Please be aware that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
It is very difficult, if not impossible, to change a delivery address after the item has shipped!
This situation incurs additional charges by the carrier which we must pass on to our customer.
Please make things easier for all of us and avoid this fee by making sure that you have an accurate and complete address when you place your order.
