YOUR ORDER
Our gift creations are custom made for you! Your satisfaction is our main concern! We aim for everything you order to be everything you want it to be!
After your order is placed, our basketeers hand assemble your gift and prepares it for shipping. We do not use a drop shipper or factory produced gift baskets!
Each gift basket or gift box that you order from Gift Creations of Santa Fe will be hand made and quality checked before it is shipped. Nothing will leave our shop unless we feel that it is top quality!
GOURMET FOOD ITEMS
Food items have a shelf life of 6 to 12 months without refrigeration. We always order all food items in small quantities for quick turn around and product freshness. We would rather order them often to make sure that we always offer only the freshest of items! As such, if you have a large or corporate order, we will need extra time to get your order ready for shipment because we may need to order product in. Please keep this in mind when ordering and allow us a few extra days. This way, you can be sure to receive only the finest, freshest products available!
We only use chocolate items during the winter months to prevent melting during shipping. Generally, some baskets will contain chocolate items from November thru January or mid-February, depending on the weather.
SPECIAL INFORMATION
Many of our items are one of a kind or are something that we only have 3 or 4 of. These will be noted as such in the description. We often make special purchases and cannot obtain more of these special items or containers.
We use a variety of containers, including but not limited to: baskets of every shape and size, gift boxes, hat boxes, buckets etc. If you prefer a gift to be in any particular container, please email us before ordering and we will see what we can do.
GIFT SERVICES
All gift baskets and gift boxes will be cello wrapped or shrink wrapped, and decorated with bows/ribbons. Gift cards are included, free of charge, upon request.
On Gift Basket items only: We will be happy to ship to your gift recipient if you would like us to. We can include a gift card with your message on it, free of charge, if you request one. Be sure to include your message with your order if you choose this option.
We apologize, but since gifts from our "More gift items" page ship from another location, we cannot offer our gift card service on these purchases.

Gift basket items only: If your gift recipient lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico, there is no shipping charge and we deliver free or you may pick up! Please select the "Santa Fe Delivery Only" shipping option and our check out system will not charge you any shipping fees! Or, you may stop by to select your items in person! Or, if you prefer, call me direct and order over the phone.
However: If you are ordering gifts from our "More gift item" page, shipping charges will apply on those gifts as they are shipped from another location, so, you will have to order those separately from your gift baskets.
PAYMENTS
At this time, VISA, Mastercard and Discover are accepted on our website only. Personal checks are accepted only for local sales. Sales tax will be added only to sales with recipients in New Mexico.

OUT OF STOCK
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is no longer available, we will notify you immediately and your money will be promptly refunded.
On rare occasions it may be necessary for us to back order an item that you have ordered. If this should happen we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of a back order, substitution or receiving a promt refund.
On occasion, it may be necessary for us to substitute an item or items in your basket, or the actual container that the gift is in. All substitutions will be of equal or greater value.
