Most items will ship within 2 business days from the day you place your order. If there will be a delay in shipping your order, you will be notified immediately.
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is no longer available, we will notify you immediately and your money will be promptly refunded.
Please be sure to provide your telephone number upon checkout! We do need a way to contact you.
When you place your order, shipping charges will be totaled for you and added to your order total. PLEASE make sure that you provide the CORRECT shipping address!
We must have a street address, as our carriers will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We ship ONLY to the Continental 48 states at this time.
We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $99.00. (Shipped to one location.) If you need to ship orders to different locations, you will need to enter a separate order for each of them and pay for them individually. Our check-out system cannot handle more than one shipping location.
Again, we are pleased to be able to offer free shipping on orders $99 or more, but the entire order must go to one location. (If you have several locations and you are ordering over $99 for each location, they will all ship free!)
If you have a large order and need it shipped to different locations, please contact me before ordering to discuss reduced shipping charges!
Your order will most likely be shipped using Federal Express Ground Service or United Parcel Service (UPS). We have been very happy with the service and delivery time that these carriers provide. On occasion, we may ship some items via USPS Priority Mail. Sorry, but we do not offer a choice to our customer on the shipping service, we use which ever carrier is most cost effective for the package.
Please be aware that your items may ship separately! Also, all items ordered from our "More gift items" page, will ship from another location and are shipped UPS only.
On Gift Basket items only: We will be happy to ship to your gift recipient if you would like us to. We can include a gift card with your message on it, free of charge, if you request one. Be sure to include your message with your order if you choose this option.
We apologize, but since our "More gift items" items ship from another location we cannot offer our gift card services on these selections.
Gift basket items only: We offer free delivery within the Santa Fe, New Mexico area, or you may pick up your items. If your "ship to" address is in Santa Fe, New Mexico, please select the "Santa Fe Delivery Only" option and our check out system will not charge you any shipping fees. Don't worry if you already placed your order before reading this page, if your delivery is in the Santa Fe area, I will refund your shipping charges!
However: If you are ordering gifts from our "More gift items" page, shipping charges will apply on those gifts as they are shipped from another location, so, you will have to order those separately from your gift baskets.
